Herbert H Weiss – President
Mr. Herbert Weiss has a Juris Doctor law degree from California Western University.
Mr. Weiss has been a Real Estate Broker since 1970. From 1976 to 1984 was a Trustee in the United States Bankruptcy Court and sold over $100,000,000 of real estate in San Diego in the U.S National Bank failure. Over the years Mr. Weiss has negotiated the purchase and sale of millions of dollars of commercial, office, industrial, retail, multi-family residential and condominium conversions for his own account.
He has been the Managing Member of Terra Development LLC, a residential development in Fort Worth, Texas; the Managing Member of Norris-Bakersfield LLC and Bakersfield Cold & Dry Storage LLC, (600,000/ sf); the Managing Member of 175,000/sf Shopping Center in Houston, Texas. He is part owner of Red Hill Construction Co., a commercial and residential general contractor.
Currently, he is developing a sub division in Tucson and a 300-acre resort development in Belize.
Danny Roth – CEO
Mr. Danny Roth has a degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arizona. Mr. Roth has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years and has been ranked nationally among the top 100 Realtors in the nation, closing over 1 billion dollars in sales.
Between 2006-2011, when most realtors were struggling, Mr. Roth helped develop a very successful model to facilitate a private equity firm buying foreclosed homes in bulk. Lists of hundreds of homes had to be evaluated with an AS IS value, fix up costs and potential sales price in less than 72 hours for the bid process. Upon acquisition, Mr. Roth would inspect the homes and determine the repairs and remodeling based on the market in the area in order to obtain the highest value, while still staying at or under a competitive market value. During this period, Mr. Roth employed over 1,600 agents across the country in the evaluation process of over 22,000 homes.
Mr. Roth is considered a leader in this process and has been teaching and coaching the basic elements of this acquisition, evaluation and remodel program to other agents.
Theresa Barnabei – Course Creator
Having over 30 years in the business world, the first ½ being dedicated to United Parcel Service and the back ½ devoted to real estate, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and practical advice to every piece of business she undertakes. She has spent 21 years mastering business management, 35 years in real estate investing, 4 years as a top producing real estate agent. She willingly shares her business and real estate savvy in every course she creates and presents.
With over 30,000 hours of live presentations, she is recognized as one of the most inspirational trainers in her field, focused on getting students to take action that will make a difference in their own lives. Theresa’s passion for real estate has caused her to be a presenter on behalf of the National Association of REALTORS® at two national conferences, for the National Real Estate Educators Association, for REBAC and for associations and brokers throughout the country.
Theresa owns Course Creators, a real estate school providing education in Arizona and California, and lives by that company’s Mission Statement: the only goal in presenting anything is that our students Get It, Use It and Become More Successful Because Of It! Otherwise, it doesn’t get taught!
